Stage 12 Hotel By Penz - Innsbruck

I had a fantastic stay, especially enjoying the variety of fresh fruits at breakfast and the spacious triple room. The views from my room were very nice, but I wished for darker curtains for better sleep. I'd definitely come back!

Healthy food, good service and spectacular view of the mountains. Located in the middle of the city. Based not far from Very close to the historical centre. With smooth check-in and late check-out, this hotel was stylish. The sauna worked very well.

The hotel is conveniently next to numerous dining options and is just a short stroll from hofgarten were great. Plus, the staff offered me a free room upgrade upon arrival.

It is a truly exceptional and beautifully decorated property located in Innenstadt district near main attractions as well as the center of Insbruck.

The hotel was a fine base for enjoying a good area, not far from the scenic Inn river as well as the centre of the old city. The room was good modern and brand-new with a FANTASTIC view of the mountains.

I really loved how the hotel had a cozy lounge with free coffee and a awesome breakfast spread each morning. Plus, the spa was an awesome place to unwind after a day of exploring-definitely. Just a heads up, there were a few hiccups with the bathroom amenities, but it didn't take away from my overall great stay 😊

The sauna facilities were really good, but the shower head adjustment was frustrating.

The fitness center and sauna were great for unwinding after a day of mountain biking. Just be sure to check in on time as the luggage storage situation could be tricky.

We encountered some issues with check-in. The wait for staff was frustrating, and there weren't enough lockers for luggage, a hassle. Honestly, it felt a bit disorganized.

Couldn't adjust the temperature-seemed like a sauna! Opening the window was my only option, and it turned into a symphony of street noise.

While the room's decor impresses, I faced several annoyances. The electric kettle and hot plate didn't work, and I was left without cutlery or refills for coffee and tea sachets . The inability to check in even 30 minutes early when traveling with an infant was frustrating. Despite the inviting appearance, the absence of basic amenities and responsive service feels off mark for the price point.
